Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to clients by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all interactions.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
Resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Provide product and service information to customers
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
