Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Madison, WI. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive the best support and solutions promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email efficiently and professionally.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on satisfaction.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in company systems.
