Job Description
We are seeking a Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team in Washington, DC. This role will support our communication initiatives, assist in drafting materials, coordinate internal and external correspondence, and ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for effective communication.
Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of communication strategies and campaigns.
Draft and edit written materials, including press releases, reports, and internal updates.
Coordinate schedules and logistics for communication activities and meetings.
Maintain accurate records and assist in preparing presentations or documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and timely communication delivery.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
