We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to oversee client engagement, support ongoing partnerships, and ensure a smooth and efficient experience for every account. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their goals are met through exceptional communication, proactive problem-solving, and a deep understanding of their needs. Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, maintaining consistent, professional communication.
Monitor project progress, ensuring client requirements, expectations, and timelines are met.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships built on trust and accountability.
Provide strategic recommendations and tailored solutions based on client needs and organizational objectives.
Coordinate with internal departments to streamline client onboarding, updates, and deliverables.
Identify areas for improvement within client accounts to support retention and long-term growth.
Prepare and deliver client reports, updates, and performance summaries as needed.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
