Job Description
Reboot Staff is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Advertising Agent to support our marketing initiatives and client acquisition strategies. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing advertising plans, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure brand consistency and campaign success.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement advertising strategies across various platforms (excluding social media)
Coordinate with creative teams to design promotional materials
Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns for performance and ROI
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Prepare performance reports and provide insights for campaign improvement
Collaborate with clients and internal departments to meet marketing objectives
Ensure compliance with advertising standards and company guidelines
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
1+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in advertising platforms, analytics tools, and budgeting
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and available for full-time, in-office work in Miami
