Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day visual merchandising and product presentation, including restock, destock, recovery, and floor set updates
- Manage shipment receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and supply management
- Plan and execute visual floor changes in partnership with management while managing payroll and zone support
- Follow and implement visual direction from planning through execution within company timelines and budgets
- Use reporting tools to identify merchandising and inventory opportunities and adjust product placement accordingly
- Support budgets, inventory control, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities in partnership with the Operations & Visual Manager
- Coach, recruit, and develop associates; provide feedback and performance evaluation using company tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales & Service Leads to ensure cohesive store execution
- Open and close the store per company standards and maintain high guest service levels
- Work variable shifts, including peak days, weekends, and the holiday blackout period
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Retail or visual merchandising training a plus
