Job Description:
Performs routine to highly complex medical laboratory tests in different areas of the lab. Responsible for one or more technical work areas including: oversight as a key operators, regulatory compliance, new method project plans, technical communications, and cost-effective inventory control. May be the document owner of technical procedures, forms, misc. documents, method validation, and implementation. Trains students and new employees, coordinates preceptor activity, participates in system competency development, and provides the direct observation of staff for the annual competency program. Functions as the site lab liaison to the system's Technical Specialist and serves as Charge Tech in the absence of Supervisor/Manager.

Pay Range: $39.04 to $52.44 per hourThe pay described reflects the base hourly pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
