We are currently looking for an Analyst 1 to join our team in Smyrna, TN.
A Day in the Life:
Design and implement advanced data science solutions to optimize transportation operations and part supply reliability.
Develop predictive models and simulations to forecast demand, identify risks, and improve supply chain resilience.
Create and enhance data analysis and reporting tools using Python, SQL, and visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness across the logistics network.
Collaborate with 3PLs and internal stakeholders to drive innovation and long-term strategic improvements.
Analyze process and time data across the value chain to identify bottlenecks and recommend data-driven solutions.
Build and maintain performance dashboards and KPI tracking systems to support continuous improvement.
Who We're Looking for:
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and R for data manipulation, modeling, and automation.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake) and data pipeline development.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and statistical modeling.
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, and VBA.
Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) to communicate insights effectively.
Solid understanding of logistics operations including inbound transportation, warehousing, and packaging.
Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and present executive-level summaries.
Excellent project management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
1 year of relevant experience in data analytics, supply chain, or like field
Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Supply Chain, Data Science, or related field
