Responsibilities
- Define and manage the roadmap and operations for the Resource Center platform in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee content management system (CMS) operations including content uploads, configurations, and integrations.
- Monitor platform and content performance metrics to optimize user experience and community engagement.
- Develop training materials and support documentation for internal teams and content creators on CMS use.
- Design modular content experiences that support diverse host learning journeys in partnership with UX and learning teams.
- Maintain content governance, standards, and localization across global teams to ensure quality and consistency.
- Research and propose innovative technologies, including AI enhancements, to elevate platform capabilities.
