Full-Time, On-site position

At Embark Behavioral Health, we are dedicated to helping young people heal, grow, and thrive. As a leading national network of behavioral health programs, we provide a full continuum of care for adolescents, young adults, and their families. Our Greeley outpatient clinic offers compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in a collaborative, trauma-informed environment.

We are currently hiring a Clinical Intern to join our Greeley team. This paid internship is ideal for graduate students seeking hands-on clinical experience in a supportive setting. Interns will gain exposure to a wide range of clinical practices while working under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions under supervision.

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support treatment planning and progress.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and clinical trainings.

• Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with agency and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in weekly supervision to develop clinical skills and professional identity.

• Apply trauma-informed care and evidence-based interventions with adolescent and young adult clients.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a master’s program in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology.

• Approval from your academic program to begin a clinical internship.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

• Interest in working with adolescents and young adults in a behavioral health setting.

• Age: 21+ years of age or older
• Background Checks: Must pass pre-employment drug screen and federal and state background check in concordance with Colorado state laws.
