Join our dynamic Client Relations team at AB, where you'll be at the forefront of servicing existing clients and supporting sales and business development. This critical team collaborates with Sales Advisers, operations, investments, business development, marketing, legal & compliance, and senior leadership to support clients and drive new business across one of AB's key client segments – North American Institutions (which includes Corporate Pension Plans, Financial Intermediaries, Endowments and Foundations).

What You’ll Do:
The Client Relations Analyst will sit within the IIM Business Ops and Client Service Organization and support key areas of Institutional Sales and Client Service. This role partners with Institutional Advisors and Client Service professionals to develop and distribute marketing and presentation content, manage meeting preparation and coordination, maintain oversight of CRM (Salesforce) data and support a range of projects to deliver outcomes on behalf of the firms' largest clients and prospects. To be successful across all aspects of the role, the Analyst must be well organized, have strong attention to detail, and build relationships with a range of stakeholders both internal and external.
Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Maintenance of CRM (Salesforce) data to a high quality for 3-5 Institutional Sales teams with a specific focus on:
Meeting and Activity Logs, Opportunity (Sales Cycle) Updates, Contact Details, Consultant Relationships, Key Internal Business Partners, Product Interest, and Client Deliverables
Arrange and participate in periodic portfolio updates with North America based clients, working closely with AB investment professionals as needed
Partner with Client Service Professionals, Sales Advisors, Business Development and Portfolio Managers to customize and refine Client Servicing and Prospecting presentations
Work with Sales & Service Leadership on client plans, business-at-risk or other client reports/info
Coordinate Strategic Marketing efforts for 3-5 Institutional Sales teams
Executing on logistics for on-site events (e.g. Room bookings, printed materials, coordinating facilities, AV services, etc.)
Proactively maintain a strong working knowledge of AB products and investment processes
Support Client Service partners with regular and ad-hoc client queries
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree
Desire to join fast-paced Asset Management Sales organization
Track record of outstanding performance and achievement
A belief that client is first and the ability to influence and lead others to prioritize in that way
Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
Exemplary relationship building skills Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
Fluent in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel; experience with Salesforce.com a plus
