Staff Partner Engineer (Partner Engineering)
Skills
- 6+ years in Partner/Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or customer-facing software engineering roles
- Strong understanding of JSON, HTML, REST APIs, and Webhooks
- Ability to read and understand multiple programming languages and integrate UX with backend services
- Experience with ecommerce platforms and payment processor integrations
- Familiarity with observability tools and monitoring for production integrations
- Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven project management and long-term program execution experience
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for external partner stakeholders
- Drive solution design, project planning, timeline forecasting, and testing strategies for partner integrations
- Create and maintain integration documentation, support materials, and rollout guides for new products and features
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Revenue leadership to shape partnership roadmaps and priorities
- Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for internal and external technical challenges
- Maintain proactive, clear communication with partners to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functionally to share insights, drive projects to completion, and recommend product or operational improvements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
