Responsibilities
- Break down larger projects into deliverable tasks and implement them in phases with support from tech lead and manager.
- Collaborate with product, design, and analytics to define requirements, articulate technical constraints, and weigh trade-offs.
- Design, develop, test, and launch backend services that are highly available and low latency.
- Create and monitor service metrics, participate in on-call rotations, and support operational readiness and incident response.
- Review code, debug complex issues in a large codebase, and mentor peers through feedback and interview participation.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field OR equivalent practical experience
