Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of Project Operations Managers to deliver efficient customer go-lives and scalable BAU processes
- Act as escalation partner for complex, time-sensitive projects and technical challenges
- Create and maintain an open, collaborative team culture with continuous feedback and development
- Scale the POM organization while preserving Adyen’s culture and operational approach
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define and drive global process improvements and initiatives
- Define and execute strategic initiatives to advance departmental OKRs and operational maturity
- Coordinate with international stakeholders and adapt schedules to global constraints
- Travel domestically and internationally as required to support rollouts and stakeholder alignment
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science or related field preferred
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
- Equivalent practical experience considered
