1. Organizational Development and Performance Management
• Support the creation and refinement of organizational structures and charts.
• Develop accurate job titles and comprehensive job descriptions.
• Create and maintain performance dashboards to monitor clinical and mission-driven productivity.
• Support the development of a comprehensive physician recruitment program.
2. Process Development
• Oversee physician contract processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Design and maintain tracking tools and process structures.
• Manage record-keeping systems for data integrity and accessibility.
• Develop incentive structures aligned with mission-critical goals.
• Define and streamline physician recruitment processes, including ad placement and content development.
• Facilitate effective communication strategies for physicians.
3. Financial Management
• Audit provider compensation processes.
• Improve financial workflows, tools, and record-keeping systems for greater efficiency and accuracy.
4. Project Planning and Development
• Support planning and organizational processes for NCI designation.
• Assist in the design of project planning and structural frameworks.
5. Institutional Collaboration
• Facilitate alignment and collaboration between WVU and WVU Medicine functions under the WVU Cancer Institute.
