Responsibilities
- Execute Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) procedures for merchants.
- Collect, verify and analyze customer documentation and organizational changes on a monthly basis.
- Document material changes to entities, structures and policies as part of ongoing monitoring.
- Communicate directly with merchants as the primary point of contact for CDD review matters.
- Drive process improvements and provide feedback on automation within CDD workflows.
- Advise local and North America teams on CDD review questions and align with global peers for consistency.
Education
- No specific degree required; equivalent work experience accepted
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
