Opportunity at a Glance
The Supervisor, Advising and Retention Services plays a critical leadership role in supporting student success and driving institutional growth. This position oversees a team of Advising and Retention Specialists or Student Support Liaisons, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence. The Supervisor is responsible for executing and prioritizing persistence strategies that promote student persistence, improve academic outcomes, and enhance the overall student experience. This leader models the TEACH values, fosters a culture of Chamberlain CARE, and contributes to institutional initiatives, process improvements, and departmental alignment.
Responsibilities
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $70,000.00 and $77,000.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
