Mid-Level Graphic Designer

Adoreal is scaling rapidly, and this role is designed to support growth. As we automate more of our content production, scheduling, and reporting processes, we are looking for a strategic implementor who can take on high-impact work in sales and marketing automation 

 

Who We're Looking For 

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Graphic Designer with a social media focus — someone who combines visual craft with cultural awareness, understands platform trends, and can translate brand identity into engaging, scroll-stopping visuals. You’ll design and adapt creative assets for Adoreal and its partner clinics across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, maintaining a refined and contemporary aesthetic that aligns with the premium nature of our brands. 

You’ll collaborate closely with the content, video, and social media teams to produce visuals that not only look beautiful but also perform — balancing storytelling, engagement, and strategy. 

Responsibilities 

 Image Creation & Optimization 

  • Adapt trending formats, layouts, and visual storytelling techniques to keep content current and engaging. 

AI-Enhanced Visual Creation 

  • Use AI tools (such as Leonardo AI, Midjourney, or Runway) to generate and refine imagery, ensuring high-end, aesthetic quality. 
  • Experiment with AI-driven workflows to enhance design speed and visual innovation. 

Collaborative Creative Production 

  • Work closely with copywriters, video editors, and project managers to align on campaign goals and messaging. 
  • Design cohesive visual systems for ongoing clinic content calendars, social campaigns, and product launches. 
  • Create thumbnails, banners, and motion assets for video content in coordination with the Video Content Creator. 

Brand Consistency & Adaptation 

  • Maintain consistency with Adoreal’s visual guidelines while adapting designs for multiple clinic brands and audiences. 
  • Build and maintain Figma and Adobe Suite templates to streamline recurring design workflows. 

Quality & Optimization 

  • Perform light rSocial Media Design & Trends 
  • Conceptualize and design static and motion-based graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn). 
  • Translate clinic brand identities into visually consistent, high-impact social media campaigns. 
  • etouching and optimization of social visuals (including before-and-after photos) while preserving authenticity. 
  • Prepare deliverables optimized for digital publishing and cross-platform performance. 
  • 2–4 years in graphic design, ideally within a digital-first or agency environment focused on social media content. 

  • Technical Skills: 
    • Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop 
    • CapCut or After Effects experience (a plus for video motion graphics) 
    • Familiarity with AI visual tools (Leonardo AI, Midjourney, etc.) 
    • Understanding of responsive and digital-first design principles 
  • Creative Mindset: 
    • Strong understanding of social media aesthetics and storytelling 
    • Passion for beauty, aesthetics, and cultural trends 
    • Ability to design for multiple brands while maintaining visual harmony 
  • Soft Skills: 
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills 
    • Adaptable to fast-paced environments and short feedback cycles 
    • Language: English proficiency, advanced (C1) (spoken & written)
