Job Overview:
We’re helping our client, a fast-scaling, $10M/yr supplement manufacturer, find a Head of Paid Acquisition who can personally fix, scale, and eventually build an elite performance marketing team.
This is a player–coach role for the first 6–12 months. You will spend most of your time inside the platforms not making decks. The focus is immediate profitability improvements, deep technical execution, and building the path to scalable, profitable growth.
The ideal candidate is an athlete, lives the lifestyle, and has already taken brands from $5–10M → $30M+, driving $500k–$2M/month profitable spend across multiple channels.
