Responsibilities
- Provide engineering, implementation, operation, and troubleshooting for branch office network infrastructure
- Support assembling, racking, configuring, transporting and implementing new facility/network builds
- Provide backup support to the Network Team Lead and help meet SLAs/OLAs
- Coordinate with network cable vendors and circuit providers to support infrastructure
- Perform LAN/WAN switching and routing upgrades and refreshes
- Support Corporate Audio Visual and Physical Security teams with network configurations and troubleshooting
- Create and troubleshoot branch office firewall policies
- Participate in IT infrastructure transitions for acquisitions
- Perform field work and domestic travel (approx. 25%-40%)
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Relevant networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
