Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with at least five years in higher education operations; a master’s degree is preferred. Must have supervisory experience and maintain confidentiality.

Reporting to the VP Advising & Coaching, Visas, & Student Financial Services, the Director is responsible for providing dynamic leadership, management, and direction for the Advising and Coaching team. Serves as a catalyst within the entire organization through the process of change for continuous improvement.Â
This position will oversee the day to day management of the Advising and Coaching team and have a key role in developing enrollment initiatives. This person will serve as an informational resource to a variety of stakeholders, including students, prospective students, parents, faculty/staff, and study abroad offices. Lastly, this person will be a key component of spearheading change, where new technology and processes are being leveraged, and replaced by manual efforts.
