Pros

- Surrounded by genuine people from executive team to individual contributors - Great benefits that also include great 401k match and unlimited counseling - Meaningful company purpose - Transparent executive team

Cons

I’ve worked here for several years and had a positive experience. I think like all companies, there have been challenges in transitioning from startup to scale up, but I think execs have been as transparent as possible through the process
