- Proven full-stack software development experience
- Strong system design and architecture skills for scalable distributed systems

- Familiarity with frontend and backend technologies and deploying production services
- Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize patient- and provider-facing scheduling applications across the full stack
- Lead large, high-visibility projects from architecture through release, ensuring scalability and reliability
- Own the software development lifecycle including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and observability
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
- Mentor and grow other engineers; promote engineering best practices and code quality
- Integrate and leverage generative AI tools to improve workflows and product capabilities
- Manage deadlines, navigate ambiguity, and drive results with a strong bias to action
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a relevant field is a plus but not required
