Skills
- Executive-level strategy and people leadership in AI, ML, and data domains
- Deep technical knowledge of agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, and intelligent automation
- Expertise in ML platforms, MLOps, model lifecycle management, and data engineering
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and enterprise data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Knowledge of regulatory/compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001, PCI DSS) and AI governance
Responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise AI and Data strategy across Product, Engineering, and Operations
- Design, build, and operate agentic infrastructure and Agentic Operations to manage lifecycle of autonomous systems
- Lead and grow cross-functional AI, ML, and Data engineering teams and establish organizational structures for agentic systems
- Partner with Sales, Product, Compliance, and Operations to align AI initiatives with business priorities and regulatory requirements
- Establish and enforce responsible AI, governance, security, and compliance frameworks
- Drive enablement of agentic product capabilities for customers and merchants and measure adoption and outcomes
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (required)
- Graduate degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline (required)
