Been remote here for over a year and love the flexibility. Sometimes it’s a bit too quiet if you’re someone who likes in-person collaboration, but works for me.

there’s a lot of “we’ll fix it later” mentality that just builds tech debt.

Benefits are decent, PTO is fine. But the culture feels kind of surface-level.

My manager was great, but upper leadership is out of touch. Big ideas w/ 0 follow-through.
