Job Purpose
As the Conversion Optimisation Specialist, you’ll sit within the CRM & Personalisation team and play a key role in turning curious visitors into excited, engaged players. You’ll own and optimise the full pre-conversion journey from landing page performance and welcome package creation to registration flows, onboarding pathways, and early lifecycle communications.
This role is all about removing friction, elevating the experience, and creating those “wow” moments that motivate new players to explore everything our social casino has to offer.
You’ll collaborate with friendly, passionate teams across Acquisition, CRM, Product, Promotions, Design, Copy and Data, all working together to deliver fun, personalised and high-impact experiences. With plenty of testing, creativity and innovation, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real commercial and customer-centric impact.
