The WRMC Portfolio/Property Manager is a hands-on leadership position responsible for an assigned book of business and is responsible for operational, administrative, financial, human resources, maintenance, and security functions of one or more communities.
The Portfolio/Property Manager also provides exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of WRMC. This role ensures that properties are maintained and operated in accordance with company objectives and facilitates solutions to problems between communities and internal support staff, guided by precedent and working within the limits of established policies.
