Building Inspector
We are looking for someone who has a strong interest in buildings and extensive experience performing building inspections.
You will primarily be responsible for completing building inspections.
The position is part time.
Our work includes property inspections in the central Ohio area.

-Ability and interest in development of written reports.
-Must have an Ohio home inspector license
-Must enjoy and be proficient at writing and preparing quality reports
-Must be able to go into crawl spaces and attics
-Must be able to climb ladders and feel comfortable going on roofs
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to talk directly with customers on a daily basis
-A fascination with buildings, inspection, and all building related systems.
-Desire to want to work with a high performance, highly technical team
This position will be part time and there are no benefits.
