The frustrating part workin here is when approvals drag on for weeks and kill momentum.

I met some of the nicest coworkers here. But we were always short-staffed, so breaks got cut short more often than not.

Pay structure is solid if (and only IF) you can hit targets.

The pressure is intense, but for someone who loves the hustle, it works.
