Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for franchise owners, building trust and strong relationships
- Coordinate and champion franchise requests with internal marketing, training, and operations teams
- Provide timely, empathetic follow-through and support on client needs and inquiries
- Support projects including training sessions, marketing reviews, and operational rollouts
- Document interactions, track requests, and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders
- Continuously learn company systems and processes to provide more direct guidance over time
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
