Responsibilities
- Modernize WW’s nutrition system to reflect current science and best practices while maintaining practical scalability.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to translate nutrition evidence into AI-driven recommendation engines, LLM-supported guidance, and dynamic food databases.
- Lead and coach a small cross-functional nutrition team, setting goals, performance feedback, and development pathways.
- Embed RD and SME insights into program design, curriculum, and consumer-facing experiences.
- Collaborate with Research and Marketing to support claims, translate findings for market positioning, and increase WW’s scientific visibility.
- Ensure nutrition guidance aligns with broader clinical, behavioral, and program strategies for a cohesive member experience.
Education
- Advanced degree in Nutrition Science, Dietetics, or related field (PhD, RD, or equivalent)
- Credentialed Registered Dietitian (RD) preferred or equivalent clinical credentials
