Responsibilities
- Provide remote evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g., CBT, PST, SFBT, ACT) in time-limited therapeutic relationships
- Conduct telephonic and SMS outreach to Medicaid members at high behavioral health risk
- Triage behavioral health crises and coordinate emergent care when needed
- Coaching and training community health workers, pharmacists, and care coordinators on basic behavioral interventions (e.g., motivational interviewing)
- Coordinate care with primary care teams, psychiatrists, and community behavioral health resources
- Document clinical encounters and care plans in the electronic health record and participate in team case review
Education
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related clinical field
- Active independent clinical license eligible for Ohio practice (LCPC/LPC/LMHC/LMFT/LISW/LCSW or equivalent)
