🚀 Your Role at a Glance: The key ways you'll bring value to the team

• Discover the story behind the data- Analyse financial & non-financial data of new and existing customers to gain an understanding of their business

• Assess and quantify risk- Learn to evaluate the challenges of running an eCommerce business and how Wayflyer can fund that growth responsibly.

• Connect with customers directly- Join regular calls to deepen our understanding of their business models, funding needs, and future plans.

• Collaborate with management to build and implement new processes and products

• Support our sales and operations teams by understanding how they win and manage relationships with customers

• Learn about our existing loan portfolio, our portfolio management tools, knowing when to exit risky relationships, etc

• Collaborate across Wayflyer- Partner with teams across the business to connect dots, share insights, and drive impact.

🔨 What Makes You a Great Fit

• You’ve completed (or are soon to complete) an undergraduate degree in Business/Finance/Economics/Engineering/Law/Computer Science

• You can demonstrate a consistent and strong academic record

• You have an interest in credit risk analysis and portfolio management

• You’re confident communicating your ideas- You are comfortable leading meetings and presenting your findings and recommendations

• You think founder-first and have a passion for entrepreneurship and early-stage businesses

• You are insatiably curious by nature and eager to understand the key drivers to operating a successful online business. You are inquisitive and love asking questions

• You are ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to prove yourself

How You’ll Stand Out

• You can analyse and understand financial reporting (e.g. management accounts / financial models) presented by companies

• You’re comfortable using tools like Excel or SQL to work with data.

• Studying towards (or intending to study towards) a professional accounting/finance qualification

🇮🇪 Dublin, Our Buzzing HQ

Our headquarters operates a hybrid model. The number of in-office days depends on your team, but the majority of teams and our SLT are typically in 3-4 days per week, giving you valuable exposure to senior leadership.

🇬🇧 London, One Big Family

Home to around 30 employees, our brand-new London office also runs on a hybrid model. You’ll often find our CEO working alongside the team with regular visits.

🇦🇺 Sydney, Small but Mighty

Our close-knit Sydney office has around 20 employees and follows a flexible hybrid model, fostering strong collaboration.

🇺🇸 Atlanta, New York & Charlotte, Stateside Collaboration

Each of our US offices has 8-10 employees and operates with a flexible hybrid approach, blending in-person connection with remote freedom.
