Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye exams following Warby Parker protocols and standards of care
- Accurately measure refractions and diagnose ocular conditions
- Explain eye health, prescriptions, and eyewear options to patients in clear, patient-friendly terms
- Demonstrate product knowledge and communicate features/benefits of frames, lenses, and contacts
- Serve as a brand representative, educating and engaging colleagues and customers about Warby Parker’s vision services
Education
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Active optometry license in the practicing state
