Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from initiation through completion, including planning, tracking, and delivery
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO (calendar management, communications, meeting coordination)
- Maintain and manage project documentation, status reports, action items, and dashboards
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment with the CEO's priorities and company policies
- Prepare presentations, briefings, and project updates for leadership and external stakeholders
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., ITAR) in project work
Education
- Bachelor's degree required
- Degree in business, project management, or related field preferred
