- Strong short-form social video ideation and storytelling
- Hands-on shooting and editing experience for both high-end and low-fi workflows
- Experience producing sponsored/branded video content
- Creator and talent management experience, including working with agents
- Platform strategy knowledge and familiarity with video analytics
- Excellent writing, communication, and team leadership skills
- Comfortable working on set and managing logistics
Responsibilities
- Develop and pitch new social video concepts and repeatable series
- Produce and shoot social videos in the field on a weekly basis
- Edit 1–2 social videos per week and oversee post-production delivery
- Coordinate and deliver sponsored video work in partnership with Supervising Producer
- Manage relationships with talent, creators, and their representatives
- Work with audience development and social leadership on publishing, programming, and platform strategy
- Monitor trends and platform changes to inform ideation and execution
- Collaborate with editorial, production, and brand teams on cross-department initiatives
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Journalism, Communications, or related field OR equivalent professional experience
- Relevant production or media training preferred
