AR Collection Analyst

Summary:

In this role, you will perform complex analysis and research related to Cash, Billing, Contracts, and Collections. You will make recommendations to the analyst manager to assist in collections of accounts receivable and mitigation to potential risk to Vizient Partner with Delivery and Client Management teams to provide support in all AR areas.

Responsibilities:

• Manage portfolio of accounts including delinquency, write-offs, disputes, and credit memos for all outstanding invoices.
• Analyze all disputes accurately and timely to ensure effective and prompt communication and resolutions.
• Facilitate strong communications with sales, cash, accounting teams, and the member to determine the ability to pay.
• Manage personal targets to ensure collectability within the set of company goals.
• Work with departmental managers to eliminate the root cause for overdue invoices.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred. Degree in business, data science, or a related field preferred.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience in collections is required.
• Ability to follow with customers in a timely manner is required.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.
• Proficiency in Excel (ability to create pivot charts, v-lookups, etc.) with the capability to analyze, interpret, and present data is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $51,900.00 to $87,900.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
