The US Marketing Services team part of the North America Marketing organization is transforming how we partner with clients to become the marketing partner of choice with our clients who include financial institutions, fintech's, merchants and processors. The team continues to experience exceptional growth and to support this growth has introduced a new working model resulting in the creation of the Marketing Services Delivery team. This team is responsible for leading the implementation and execution of marketing engagements on behalf of clients.
The Director of Marketing Services Delivery is equal parts strategy and execution. This individual will help shape our approach to getting work done identifying continuous opportunities to create a working model that can adapt and scale with a high-growth business. On the execution front, this individual will actively lead client engagements and lead a team responsible for delivering engagements on behalf of clients.
This role reports to the Senior Director Marketing Services Delivery and will be a key contributor to the evolution of the working model and team of Delivery Leads.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 192,300.00 to 278,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
