Skills
- Proficient in C# server-side development.
- Extensive Java and some C++ object-oriented programming experience.
- Experience with Linux and Windows platforms.
- Knowledge of Python and Shell scripting.
- Familiarity with threading, version control (SVN/CVS/GIT), SQL, XML, and SOA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Build, design and support low-latency middleware.
- Enhance next-generation messaging router for Linux support.
- Upgrade and migrate proprietary EMS system from legacy to Java technology stack.
- Maintain services interfacing with other teams using C++.
- Convert EMS in-memory real-time database to Linux.
- Analyze and refine feature specifications with product management.
- Participate in recommending new technologies and next-generation features.
- Work in an agile, fast-moving environment.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
