sometimes I love my team, sometimes the drama is exhausting. very mood-dependent workplace.

coworkers are cool, but the rest isn’t. pay’s not great, no clear direction, and constant urgent last-minute tasks.

Culture is relaxed but not lazy. You can get stuff done without feeling like someone’s breathing down your neck.

the perks are nice. remote work, great benefits, even a wellness stipend.
