Responsibilities
- Lead proactive PR campaigns, major product and corporate announcements, and crisis response efforts.
- Shape company messaging and provide communications counsel to senior leadership and executives.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with top-tier reporters, analysts, and industry influencers.
- Project-manage mid- to large-scale communications initiatives across cross-functional partners.
- Create executive-ready written materials including press releases, remarks, and op-eds.
- Analyze media impact and refine strategies to maximize reach and reputation outcomes.
- Identify and drive initiatives to address procedural or reputational challenges.
- Mentor and develop junior communications team members and contribute to team strategy.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Equivalent professional experience accepted in lieu of formal degree
- Relevant PR/crisis communications training or certifications (optional)
