Responsibilities
- Own the full analytics workflow from data transformation in dbt to dashboarding in Looker and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Design and maintain scalable, documented data models and LookML that power reporting and analysis across marketing and growth functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define metrics aligned with company objectives and ensure data trustworthiness.
- Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve data assets to enable stakeholder adoption and data literacy.
- Present clear, actionable analyses and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
- Ongoing professional development in analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence is a plus.
