Loved working with really talented devs and the creative process felt exciting at first. Then the big contract fell through and about a third of team got laid off

Leadership is creative but not strategic. You learn a lot, but gotta brace for instability.

Org structure changes weekly and job security vanished after layoffs in March 2024. Benefit package was fine, but stress was constant. Not worth staying more than a year.

Honestly not all bad. Great creative freedom, innovative tools, and collaborative peers.
