good place to learn and grow. i’ve picked up a lot of skills here. The workload can get heavy if you’re not careful with boundaries.

Marketing team here is talented, but constantly shifting priorities make it hard to feel like you’re making real progress. You finish a campaign, and then boom… new direction.

people are chill, but you can tell everyone’s just trying to keep their head above water. not much room for growth unless you’re in with management.

I actually like the flexibility, but the workload can spike out of nowhere. One week I’m coasting, the next I’m pulling late nights.
