nice perks like free coffee, random pizza days but it doesn’t make up for the low pay and lack of career growth.

Didn’t hate it, but didn’t love it either. Some days were fine, others felt like pulling teeth.

Flexible hours, understanding leadership, and colleagues who actually want you to succeed.

Pay is ok for the area, but you definitely earn it. The job can be mentally draining some days
