Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Project Management department, setting standards, playbooks, and growth paths.
- Directly manage or oversee a focused portfolio of key client projects and accounts.
- Model excellent client engagement and collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and BD.
- Own and improve cross-functional resourcing processes and capacity planning.
- Establish project management as a strategic partner in client relationships.
- Create and implement KPIs, documentation, workflows, and tools to elevate delivery consistency.
- Coach, mentor, hire, and grow project management leaders and individual contributors.
- Drive continuous improvement in staffing, forecasting, and operational practices.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum, or similar) are a plus
