Compass Surgical Partners seeks a hands-on clinical leader to design and operate a unified clinical system for our ASCs—one that standardizes protocols, ensures accreditation readiness, empowers physician-led quality, and yields consistent, patient-centered outcomes at scale.
Establish and maintain a unified clinical governance model with clear protocols, decision rights, and escalation paths across all ASCs
Drive accreditation readiness and sustained performance so sites pass without critical deficiencies; manage mock surveys, CAPs, and documentation hygiene
Embed evidence-based protocols and consistent reporting; accelerate standardization and reporting integration for new/de novo and acquired sites
Operationalize value-based metrics (clinical outcomes, PREMs/PROMs) with real-time dashboards for daily huddles, RCA/M&M reviews, and monthly rhythms
Stand up care coordination and navigator workflows for high-risk patients; deploy predictive analytics to proactively improve outcomes and optimize resources
Partner with physician leaders to run quality councils; convert insights into site-level improvements and sustain >90% engagement among high-volume physicians
Align incentives with outcomes by coordinating compensation/program design that reinforces patient value and clinical performance
Develop staffing models, competencies, and training that support safe throughput and an excellent patient experience across diverse sites
Clinical quality & regulatory expertise improving outcomes across multi-site networks; deep accreditation/risk knowledge; ability to scale quality programs
Systems thinking & scalability: design and deployment of enterprise protocols, dashboards, workflows; experience integrating clinical systems post-acquisition/de novo
Patient-centered design orientation: navigation/shared decision-making, population outcomes, and familiarity with equity/SDOH and community partnerships
Physician alignment & influence: proven partnership with physician leaders; joint governance and accountability models; strong communication and trust-building
Experience profile: 10+ years of clinical leadership in ambulatory or multi-site surgical environments; clinical credentials required. Value-based care and PE-backed growth preferred
Industry-leading surgical outcomes across the platform; >90% of ASCs outperform national benchmarks and maintain excellent patient-reported results
Value-based infrastructure embedded: unified governance, protocols, and real-time metric tracking across 100% of sites; new sites standardized on an accelerated timeline
Consistent, coordinated care: navigator support and point-of-care data at priority sites; predictive tools in use; network initiatives advancing equity and access
Aligned, engaged physicians: active quality councils in major markets; strong satisfaction/partnership signals and broad participation in improvement efforts
