Right now, we’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Professional Matchmaker to join our team. In this role, you will use your understanding of relationship dynamics and interpersonal compatibility to help clients find compatible partners. You will work closely with individuals who are seeking meaningful, long-lasting relationships.
This is a remote role, based in the US.
Please note: Only candidates with professional matchmaking experience will be considered.
What You'll Do
Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to understand their relationship goals, values, and preferences.
Utilize your network and our database to identify potential matches.
Coordinate introductions and facilitate communication between matched clients.
Provide coaching and support throughout the matchmaking process.
Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Keep accurate records of client interactions and matchmaking activities in the CRM system.
What You’ll Bring
2+ years of experience as a professional matchmaker.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with clients.
Strong intuition and judgment in assessing compatibility between individuals.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other administrative tools.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
