Required Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution of higher education;
Regular admission to a UA Little Rock graduate degree program or good standing with the UA Little Rock Graduate School for continuing graduate students;
Ability to work the required hours (FT-50% - 20 hours per week/PT-25% - 10 hours per week) with regular attendance.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Help maintain the ATLE office in Dickinson Hall;
Developing and keeping track of the ATLE library database and inventory;
Create and manage RSVP, sign-in, and survey Google forms for all ATLE events;
Help set up and arrange meeting room, food, and signage for in-person events;
Attend all ATLE events and record details about all attendees;
Generate semester reports about ATLE event attendance and survey responses;
Send weekly emails (with formatted infographics and ADA-compliant format) about upcoming events to the UA Little Rock faculty email list;
Develop and redesign the ATLE website as necessary;
Update the ATLE website when necessary;
(Wordpress training available if necessary) Social Media oversight;
Manage ATLE social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). Monday Morning Mentor (MMM) program support;
Post information about ATLE events on social media;
Post screenshots and photos of ATLE events on social media;
Post summaries of and links to pedagogy-related articles;
Create two MMM reports each semester;
Check the MMM sign-up form;
Post announcement on “Monday Morning Mentor Faculty Development” Blackboard organization shell every Monday between 7 am and 8 am;
Grade weekly MMM quizzes;
Create the list of participants in Monday Morning Mentor from the previous week every Monday morning;
Help develop presentations on teaching and learning.
