Minimum Qualifications:
Post-professional doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy or related field from a nationally recognized and accredited institution conferred by the time of appointment
Demonstrated ability to teach multiple courses in the occupational therapy program.
Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain a research agenda that supports the department’s mission and vision while leading to peer-reviewed publications
For candidates who are occupational therapists, eligibility for an occupational therapist license in the state of Arkansas (licensure must be obtained by the time of appointment)
Preferred Qualifications:
At least two years of clinical practice experience
Ability to articulate an understanding of the relationship between own area of education/training and occupational therapy
Occupational Therapist (Registered and Licensed)
Demonstrate participation in collaborative work or scholarly projects leading to presentation and/or publication
Current or past grant-funded scholarship
Terminal research degree in occupational therapy or related field
At least three years of experience as a full-time graduate faculty with teaching responsibilities
